Effective Physical Education Distance Learning Models during the Covid-19 Epidemic

The Covid-19 epidemic has had a strong impact on the implementation of entire educational process due to closure public life and schools. Physical education (PE) teachers were faced with challenge conveying at distance learning content that they would otherwise teach in sports hall. Our research aimed determine which PE models proved be most effective during epidemic, resulting high level pupils’ activity despite participation from home. In data collection, we included 33 lessons lower secondary level, where six pupils (3 girls 3 boys) wore accelerometers each lesson (n = 198 pupils). results showed model was flipped teaching model, given an overview advance different forms teacher video recordings. Then also actively participated their ideas performance online lesson. A statistically significantly less efficient version prepared interactive assignments games. This followed by combination frontal station work teaching. least independent carried out according instructions teacher. Although two terms exercise intensity, it is very difficult implement them practice because require too much time.
